It’s a great way to activate and start to strengthen the small muscles in your feet.
When I first started this, my toes would not move at all, but with practice, over the last few months I am slowly regaining control of the small muscles of my feet. Frustratingly, I still can’t lift up my big toe on my left foot, but I know it’s just a matter of time and consistency.
