Weak neck muscles can contribute to neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and forward-head posture (especially with all the time we spend on phones and computers).
In my most recent video, I share two simple exercises you can do at home to build a stronger, more stable neck.
One is a wall-based neck strengthening exercise (that could also be done in a chair if you prefer), the other is a floor-based exercise. The only piece of equipment needed is a folded towel or a ball if you have one (personally I do prefer using a ball and in the video I explain why).
These exercises could help:
- Relieve neck pain and stiffness
- Improve posture and alignment
- Reduce tension-related headaches
- Strengthen deep neck stabilisers
If you want a stronger more functional neck, try theses exercises today and feel the difference!
