It’s one of those exercises, that when you see it, it looks easy, that is until you try it and you realise that it is actually quite difficult.
At least this is what I found when I first tried it.
The Short Foot is a great exercise to activate the small intrinsic muscles of the foot, and it helps strengthen your foot too.
If your feet are strong, then hopefully you will have less foot pain, improved balance, and reduced foot deformities like bunions.
So, try the Short Foot out, and see if you can do it?
If you can, awesome, keep practicing, it’s a great exercise to do regularly. If you struggle, then it is something you may need to work on.
