These headaches are the ones that are associated with increased tension in the upper back, neck and the back of the skull.
In this video I wanted to show you 3 basic stretches you can do to help reduce tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back and hopefully reduce those annoying tension- type headaches.
Two of the stretches help with the mid to upper back and you may ask how can these help reduce headaches?
Well, one of the more common causes of these tension type headaches is poor posture. These stretches will help free up the mid back/shoulders and hopefully reduce tension in the area and, fingers crossed, those annoying headaches.
Try them out, your body will thank you for it.
