It is a super simple, but super effective way to get some good movement into the joints of your spine and pelvis.
In this video, I show 4 ways to change up and add to this exercise.
They aren’t designed to replace the original, just add to it to help you get more out of it.
If you have a stubborn, ‘stuck’ spot, there is an option for you.
If your mid back is particularly stiff, there is an option for you.
If you want to add some resistance to the movement, there is an option for you.
Try them all out and see what you like doing the best. (Just make sure the movements are not painful, don’t push it into pain).
