Although I loved the training, I started to get sore wrists.
To correct this, I started doing this simple 1 minute wrist mobility routine daily.
It made a world of difference for me and my wrists and they have never felt better.
If you have sore wrists, tennis elbow or golfers’ elbow, then this routine could be beneficial for you.
Also, if you spend a lot of time at the computer and don’t move your wrists a lot, this could also be beneficial for you. Remember the use it or lose it principle?
