Did you know that a 1/4 of the bones in the body and a 1/4 of the muscles of the body are in the feet or help control the feet? To me, this shows how important they are. However, the feet are likely to be the most neglected part of the body. How often do you spend time simply looking after your feet if they are not sore? I would guess it's not that often for most people.
