I have recently been trailing a simple 1 minute routine to help reduce those dry, tired, achy eyes and even headaches/neck pain (yes, our eyes are linked with our neck) that can occur after prolonged computer work.
I have found it to be really effective.
I decided it would be a great idea to make a short video showing what I have been doing.
Since it has worked for me, hopefully it will work for you as well.
NOTE: The key with this routine is to do it every 20-30 minutes but at least once an hour
