As I was going through my rehab, one of my favourite tools was a simple massage ball.
After a lot of trial and error, there were 3 key areas that I used the ball on, that made the biggest difference for me.
In this short video I show where those 3 key areas are, and how to use effectively use the ball to help reduce the muscular tightness (and hopefully the discomfort) in the area.
