If you have cranky shoulders and just focus on the shoulder itself, you may be missing an important part of the equation. You see, if you don’t address the postural aspect of your shoulder discomfort, you may not get the long term relief you are after.
In this video I show two of my favourite exercises to help strengthen the upper back to help improve your posture with the aim of taking stress off the shoulders.
It may sound like a strange approach, but it really does work.
