The idea with practicing this, is that if you don't know how to get into a "good" postural position or what I like to call a "neutral" position, how can you start to make longer term changes to your posture?
This is not a position that you will spend all day in, but it is an important position to be able to find.
When you first try it, it may feel weird, but stick with it and it will get easier.
