The only way to get her down was to reach up and lift her down.
This wasn’t a great move for my shoulder (which after a significant injury a few years ago is quite temperamental).
Needless to say, my shoulder has been a bit niggly since.
One of my favourite things to do when my shoulder is niggly (apart from hanging from a bar) is to use a stick to help increase the movement and get the shoulder feeling better.
