It started pinching when I turned my head to reverse the car.
I bet you have felt that before.
Having this sore neck reminded me of a simple exercise that has helped me in the past.
Well in fact, the exercise is actually a great mid back stretch, but when used in the way I show in this short video, it can actually help restore better movement to your neck.
(HINT: better movement often means less discomfort).
It sounds weird, but when you watch this 2 minute video it will all become clear.
