In this video I show a simple exercise called, YWTL. It’s like the YMCA actions but with different letters (and we just need to hold them a little longer).
This exercise uses certain arm positions to help activate different parts of the mid back, and that is why it is so effective.
If you spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer, slouching on the couch or driving in the car, then this exercise could be really helpful.
