I have never posted photos before, but hopefully it will be good motivation to carry it through to the end. I will have some challenges, namely the birth of our second child in 3 weeks’ time, but hopefully the lack of sleep and reduced free time will not affect the results too much.

For more information on the program I am following you can visit www.therobardsmethod.com. There are tons of similar programs out there, but this is one that works for me. The reason I like this program is that it uses Olympic rings, a pull up bar, a band and that is all. I don't have rings at home but have a TRX so I am using that instead. As there is no other equipment, I can do it all at home which is very helpful.
I will keep you posted on my progress. I am sure my body will thank me for it :)
