In this short video I show you 2 very simple posture tests you can try on yourself. There is one for the upper body and one for the lower body. They will take about 30 seconds and give you an idea of what areas you may need to work on.
Most of the problems that people come in with in practice have a link to posture. Working on improving your posture can really help your body feel, move and function better.
In an upcoming video I will show you how to get into a "good" postural, neutral position. Keep an eye out for that.
