When I ask them to show me how they stretch their hamstrings, it often involves a lot of rounding of the back which can put pressure on the area.
In this video, I show you how you a simple way you can stretch the hamstrings without putting a lot of extra pressure on the lower back. It is a small change in the movement, but it is really effective.
