You have probably used a foam roller before and may already know how to use one on your mid back. However, there some little tweaks and advice I give, that can not only make it more effective, but also safer on your back and neck.

These included some specific neck stretches and how to use a tennis ball/massage ball to help ease muscular tightness or imbalance.
