My girls, Bailey and Quinn, helped make this DIY rock mat over the long weekend.
The concept behind this is simple. The joints of our feet need to move in order to function well.
However, we are often wearing stiff, hard shoes and when not wearing shoes we are walking on flat hard surfaces like carpet, or tiles which limits the movement of the joints in our feet.
Walking and standing on a rock mat like this is a really simple way to get some movement into the joints of our feet. It really does feel nice.
You can make it easier on your feet by using smaller rocks and you can make it more challenging by using bigger rocks.
