Spinal disorders, such as back pain, neck pain, scoliosis and disc disease, to name a few, are common. They can have a profound effect on a person’s overall health, impacting a person’s ability to work, to enjoy everyday activities and even disrupting healthy sleep patterns.
The important thing with these types of problems is that they can be preventable. Maintaining a healthy spine with appropriate stretches and exercises is a great way of staying in good shape and hopefully preventing these problems in the future.
If you are suffering from back or neck pain, is it time to make some changes? Does your posture need changing? Do you need to do more stretches? Do you need to move more? Make World Spine Day the start of something new. Your body will thank you for it.
