Those are the headaches associated with tightness in the shoulders, neck and the base of the skull.
It makes sense then, that if we can improve our posture, those headaches will ease (or you could minimize the risk of them starting in the first place).
That’s why in this video, I wanted to show you 2 simple exercises you can do help improve your posture.
If you spend a lot of time in front of a computer or driving in the car, these simple exercises could be beneficial for you.
