When it comes to sciatica, this feeling can often occur.
One of the common culprits of sciatica is a muscle called the Piriformis muscle that lives in the pelvis.
I have shown some useful stretches and sitting positions in the last 2 videos to help reduce tension in this muscle and therefore sciatica (hopefully you have tried those, if not you can watch them here and here).
If some soft tissue release is still needed, then this video will be perfect for you.
There is a key technique that I have found to be extra effective when it comes to foam rolling the pelvis (in particular, the pesky piriformis muscle).
In this video I show how to target this specific muscle with the foam roller and hopefully reduce that cranky back and the pain down the leg.
I hope it helps.
