This is especially common in those who are sitting in front of their computer a lot at work. Sound familiar?
When someone has this complaint, aside from chiropractic adjustments, I often show them some simple stretches to try.
There are 3 main ones I show, and they are all targeted at the same muscle called the Piriformis muscle. This is often associated with Piriformis Syndrome. Have you heard of that before?
One of the stretches is a seated version which is great for doing at the office.
I suggest trying all 3 and see which one ‘hits the spot’ the best.
